You study THEIR books, you go to THEIR schools, you learn THEIR information, THEIR language, THEIR styles, THEIR perceptions, so when you come out of school you can do a humdinger of a job solving European’s problems, but you can’t solve your own. And then you DARE call yourself “intelligent?” C’mon. That’s the height of stupidity.~Dr. Amos Wilson

The most important things are the hardest to say. They are the things you get ashamed of, because words diminish them — words shrink things that seemed limitless when they were in your head to no more than living size when they’re brought out. But it’s more than that, isn’t it? The most important things lie too close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you’ve said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while you were saying it. That’s the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a teller but for want of an understanding ear. Stephen King, Different Seasons (via 4mbivalent)

My summer fitness regime! :)

Workout and weekly schedule.

Good idea :)

Might want to rethink this plan. It’s great to have a plan but this one is not good at all. You need to have a rest day between group workouts and at least one low active rest day per week.
It does not make any sense to do arms two days in a row followed by two day of legs.

6 day workouts are great if it works for you. But you can also do a 3 day workout and get the same benefits if not more. The body needs rest to recover and grow.

Over exercising is not the way to grow muscle and lose fat.

I love being outside in the summer so I have made up a work out routine that doesn’t involve going to the gym! I’ll save money and spend more time outside :)
